The Narrow Path — More on John 6:53

I’m increasingly in awe, realizing just how narrow the path to Salvation is. Especially when we understand how important the Eucharist is in our salvation. Then when I Contemplate how few of our friends, family, and neighbors partake of the True Body and Blood of our Lord. I feel like crying.

My brothers, sisters, friends, and family, it’s time to take responsibility for your own Salvation. Like the Apostle Paul stated in 2 Timothy 2:15

“Be diligent (Study)to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.”

But What are we to “study,” the “Bible alone” as our Protestant friends suggest? As an Ancient Faith Christian, I find it important to Study the Church Fathers and the first seven council of the primitive church — discovering how the earliest Christians practiced their faith.

Salvation is Much more involved and complicated than the Faith alone,

And Grace alone mantra of my youth. After over 50 years of faith, I’m just now realizing how much I really didn’t know. One big question that I have for the mentors of my youth is — why has no one been emphasizing the importance of “doing the will of the Father” and the impact that has on our salvation.

Next on the hit parade is the fact

That the Protestant Reformers boldly claimed that the Catholics flatly got

everything wrong regarding salvation for the first 1,500 years. They. The Reformers, got it so blasted wrong that billions of folks , for the past 500+ years have been shielded from significant spiritual truths.

My prayer is that the world will awaken to the deception that is literally damning multitudes to hellfire and destruction. Remember, Jesus in John 6:53 was speaking literally that If you’re not receiving him in the Eucharist, you have NO Life within you!
